Hello sweethearts!
Yesterday I decided to mark the end of laziness a.k.a the beginning of working on my final paper (Magisterarbeit) by buying a new calendar and celebrating my decision by eating Chinese food for lunch. Well, the second point was more my strategy of coaxing myself to leave the house and gain the motivation to later move on to the library, but it did work, so what.
Sitting in the library reading and thinking I realized it was not as bad as I had thought. Isn’t that a nice thing to realize! I decided to spend five hours working in the library today. Thank god it’s open till 9 on weekdays, so starting late is no problem :-) And I even look forward to it.
Other things which made me feel good yesterday were:
-feasting on a pomelo with Lisa :-)
– a very nice e-mail from Tim and Andra
– talking to Kerstin for about an hour on the phone
– a nice little phone chat with Nunziata
Something that made me very angry yesterday (even resulting in making me stamp my foot!):
Beautiful, wonderful little trees being cut down in our neighbourhood. Yes, I am a treehugger extraordinaire for sure.
By the way, today’s photos were taken on a little solitary stroll on Sunday. Do you see what the snowshape below resembles? Do you?
It made me really happy. I am kind of crazy for seahorses, too.

Die Fotos sind wunderschön, vor allem, weil sie privat gemacht wurden und keine Postkarte oder so sind! Das Seepferdchen ist besonders toll, ich konnte gar nicht glauben, dass diese Form Zufall sein soll!
hey du, ich hab heute das lernen für 6 (!) stunden unterbrochen um janinchen bienchen im krankenhaus zu besuchen. deswegen mach ich mich jetzt noch ein bisschen dran (aber schwertfischaufkoks.de ist natürlich pflichtlektüre ^^)
ich hoffe, die pomelo hat dir tatsächlich so gut geschmeckt wie mir.
wir dürfen nicht vergessen, uns zwischen all dem prüfungsstress mal auf einen Kaffee oder eine heiße schockolade zu verabreden. vielleicht wieder in diesem süßen cafe von damals, mit dem deckenfresko?
