Oh my,
Anna! There is a lot of stuff to consider, before you freak out over some stupid numbers!
1. When did you step on’em? (In the morning, after at leat 2 bathroom breaks, and before breakfast!)
2. How did you do it? (clothes or no clothes, naked of course!)
3. What kinda scales do you have? (digital: stay still AND straight! not digital: check if scales stay on even ground!)
4. consider the time of the month! (a woman’s ciclus has a great impact on how we resorb and store fluids and minerals!)
You see Biochemistry isn’t a waste after all!!
Bye, Kerstin
you’re most definitively NOT! :)
I think one shouldn´t step on the scale at all especially not after a very yummy dinner the night before it´s just too depressing and has NOTHING to do with the real weight one has. So throw out that lying piece!
